This ceremony begins with an organ prelude, and as we welcome you for this special occasion, we ask that you are seated by 3 p.m. to enjoy the music before the traditional liturgy.

A cocktail reception, a dinner party of dreams, and a festive evening of celebrating will all take place at this newer, yet most-talked-about Nashville restaurant. It’s ours for the evening and yours for the taking!
Late Night: The Unofficial After Party at Bastion

As the party concludes at iggy’s, a new one begins at Bastion, a frequent haunt and destination bar in the neighborhood. Depending on your mood, it’s walking distance from iggy’s, just follow the bride and groom.

We’d love to give you these compliments when we see you, so lean into the festive occasion! Be expressive, but please color inside the lines: suits, mid- or full-length dresses (no knees, please!), accessories.

Getting here (and there): While there is ample parking at St. George’s, we highly recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft. Paid parking is available at iggy’s, but should your night become a little too festive, cars cannot be left there, so anticipate accordingly!

Where should I stay?
As this is an intimate affair, we do not have a hotel block. That said, we are delighted to help point you in the right direction or suggest some hotels and areas. We want you to feel at home in our hometown.
How do I get from the church to iggy’s?
iggy’s is located in Wedgewood-Houston, about a 15-minute drive from St. George’s, which is in Belle Meade. Please consider using Uber or Lyft for your transportation needs!
